The superlight Tarp S from DD Hammocks is the lightest and most compact rain canopy from this manufacturer. Due to its size, this tent roof is NOT recommended as a rain shelter for sleeping in an outdoor hammock mounted between two trees.
The small, super lightweight tarp combines well with a DD Travel Bivi fixed to the ground as shelter or serves as a waterproof shelter for a short rest. The tarp can be used as a roof over the rest area or as a ground tarp to protect against moisture from below.

The super lightweight Tarp S from DD Hammocks, is the lightest rain shelter of this brand. The rain cover is not only extremely light, but also so compact that it fits packed in a jacket pocket.
The small tarp can be well combined with a DD Travel Bivi, which is attached to the ground. The small tarp offers in this case the one person in the hammock which serves as a shelter like a tent and some equipment next to it. The superlight small tarp can also be used for a small rest over the campsite or as a waterproof pad on the ground.
The superlight tarp S from DD hammocks is ideal for bike touring, climbing and running. It minimally burdens the luggage with hardly any weight and does not take up space in the backpack.
For the usual hammock camping we recommend the larger normal superlight tarp, not the tarp S

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
