Le hamac Nest de DD Hammocks est un hamac de voyage entièrement fermé au motif camouflage. Tant la surface de couchage à deux couches que le toit sont en polyester respirant, donc non imperméables. Lorsque le hamac outdoor est fermé, on est protégé des insectes, du vent, du soleil et des regards. Si l'on souhaite profiter du hamac Nest ouvert, il suffit de nouer le toit vers le haut. Pour les nuits fraîches, il est possible d'insérer un tapis de sol dans la double surface de couchage.
The hammock nest by DD Hammocks in Camouflage pattern is closed all around. It feels like a tent but has the comfort of a hammock. The roof, which can be opened on both sides by zipper for entry and exit, offers protection against wind and insects, but not against rain. A small viewing window at the head end with mosquito net gives you the opportunity to look outside. Both, the double layered lying surface, as well as the Canopy roof are made of breathable polyester and are therefore not waterproof. Therefore, it is advisable to take a tarp as a rain cover for camping with the DD Hammock nest. On cool nights you can push between the two camps of the two-ply lying surface a mattress as cold protection. The two layers are closed with Velcro to prevent moving or falling out of the thermal mat.

So no extra mounting gear is needed, but you can simply pull out the integrated ropes and replace them with tree huggers or Whoopie slings. Anyway, we recommend a rain shelter as protection in bad weather. Also in the case of floor mounting like a bivouac you should use a waterproof tarpaulin as a base.
