HOT Tarp 4x4 Cotton - Main features
Technical cotton (polycotton):
The tarp is made of tightly woven polycotton 220 g/m², which combines the advantages of natural and synthetic fibers. Technical cotton is more resistant to sparks than many synthetic materials and offers improved breathability, reducing moisture condensation inside the shelter.
Thanks to the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, the material is waterproof. When the fibers get wet, they swell and provide an additional strong seal against rain.
Large 4×4.3 m area:
With an area of over 17 m², the tarp is the perfect addition to your off-road vehicle and creates a space for relaxation, cooking or festivities. Regardless of the weather, it provides reliable protection, both when camping and on long off-road trips.
Over 28 attachment points:
The HOT Tarp 4×4 is equipped with a total of 28 attachment points, ensuring exceptional adaptability and durability.
- There are 20 attachment points along the edges of the tarp, eight of which (corners and center edges) are reinforced with metal eyelets to ensure maximum stability, even on difficult terrain.
- Two reinforced straps divide the tarp into three even sections and add 6 additional loops (3 on each strap) that form a strong support structure.
- The thoughtful design allows for nearly unlimited setup options that can be adapted to any condition and need.
- For added functionality and security, the tarp features two specially designed loops: one near the chimney port to provide extra stability where the tarp touches the hot stovepipe, and one on the inside, perfect for hanging a lamp to create a cozy and well-lit shelter.
Chimney Port:
A unique chimney port made of high-temperature resistant material that can withstand temperatures of up to 800°C.
The star-shaped opening keeps the chimney stable. An additional flap secures the opening when not in use and protects against rain.
The chimney port is compatible with most portable stoves with a chimney diameter between 4 and 8 cm.
Complete accessory set:
- 6 lines, each 3 m long, with an aluminum tensioning system that allows the tarp to be set up quickly and easily.
- 6 Y-Peg pegs that guarantee a solid attachment of the tarp even on difficult terrain.
- 2 ropes with a length of 10 m, which help to secure the Hot Tarp and stabilize the chimney port.
- A spacious bag with shoulder strap, made of durable materials, ideal for transporting the tarp and accessories.

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
