This hammock is designed for 1-2 people. Its compact size and low weight (650-700 gr.) makes it an ideal travel companion. Packed together, it is no larger than a small package. Nevertheless, it has a lying surface of 1.9 meters long and is therefore suitable for adults.

Hammocks are the beds of Central and South America. Primarily for protection from creeping and crawling animals such as spiders, snakes and scorpions, the natives prefer to sleep at some distance from the ground. The two positive effects that are now recognized and appreciated in Europe is the fact that the gentle rocking in the hammock helps with falling asleep and sleep disorders, and that the distribution of body weight prevents one-sided strain and thus back pain and tension.
The Single Grande is comfortable for one person. In Mexican net hammocks you should always lie diagonally. This is the best way to use the width of the lying surface and the back does not sag. Especially on hot days in summer, it is comparatively more pleasant to relax in an air-permeable net hammock than in a cloth hammock.
Our Single hammocks from Mexico do not have a metal thimble in the suspension loop, as this is not necessary with the relatively low load.
